Dukkah made with Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free muesli September 25 2016

Here’s the perfect combo to enjoy with friends.

The bread is home made ciabatta – recipe from the Destitute Gourmet aka Sophie Grey and the Dukkah is made with Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free muesli and perfectly matched with Two Black Dogs Extra Virgin Olive oil for dipping – enjoy!

Te Atatu Toasted GF Dukkah recipe

 Ingredients:

 1 tsp Fennel seeds

1 tsp Coriander seeds

1 tsp Cumin seeds

¼ tsp chilli flakes

½  tsp salt

1/3 Cup Te Atatu Toasted GF muesli (remove the sultanas)

 Method

Dry fry the seeds and flakes in a fry pan then grind with a mortar and pestle (or a clean coffee grinder) and the salt and Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli and lightly grind.

 Place the Dukkah and oil in separate dipping dishes and slice up your bread ready for dipping.
