Di McDonald spends her working life educating and inspiring some of our littlest Kiwis in her role as a Year One primary school teacher. She lives in Pukekohe with her husband.
A typical morning at my house/my breakfast routine is… I head to the gym at 6am three times a week and on the other mornings, I walk up Pukekohe Hill. Then it’s shower, yummy breakfast, and off to work.
I love Te Atatu Toasted cereal because…It’s quick, easy and healthy and keeps me full until lunchtime. That means I don’t get tempted by not-so-healthy morning tea options. One scoop is perfect.
I eat it with…Up until last week I was eating my cereal with yoghurt and fresh raspberries from a local pick-your-own berry farm. Now I’m having it with stewed apple and feijoas.
The best thing about signing up for a subscription to Te Atatu Toasted is…The ease of having a monthly delivery without having to remember to reorder but the flexibility to skip a month if I don’t need cereal.
If I’m not eating cereal for breakfast, I’m having…Poached egg or breakfast out!
My next holiday will be …A camper van adventure around the East Coast.
My favourite restaurant or café is…Muang Thai Pukekohe
I believe the key to good health is… Everything in moderation. Eat the cake, drink the wine but not every day!
My goal for 2021 is…To take time to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. And to be spontaneous and take opportunities as they arise.
💥 You deserve to start your day with a low sugar, healthy breakfast cereal.
