A super easy slice for school lunchboxes or an after school snack. It's also surprisingly not too sweet.

Ingredients

200g marshmallows (mixed or just use the white ones)

1 cup of Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli

75g butter softened.(you could swap to coconut oil, it's just a bit more greasy)

Method:

Line a 25mx25cm (approx) heat proof slice container with baking paper. Place the marshmallows and butter in a large pot and melt over a medium heat, stirring with a spatula to mix well and prevent it sticking to the pot.

Once the mix is full melted, remove from the heat and add the muesli, quickly mixing well before tipping into the container, press into the sides and down on the top as best you can

I have drizzled chocolate over these ones. I used Whittakers dark 72% chocolate, 2 rows from a big block and added 2 tablespoons of cream and melted it in the microwave for 20 seconds then stirred and repeat until melted and combined. Then I drizzled that over the top of the cut up slices, mmmm! Please note, the Whittakers dark 72% chocolate packaging says gluten and nuts may be present.
