This cobbler topping is delicious, I have made it with peaches for the base as it makes such a delicious combination. The sprinkle of the Peach and Passionfruit Paleo muesli on top adds a lovely flavour and texture.

Place 2 400g tinnes of peached (or equivalent ) in a 20cm round dish

1 cup almond meal

1 cup tapicoa flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup coconut oil melted

1 cup of Peach and Passionfruit Paleo muesli

Combine all ingredients except the muesli in a whizz and blend until a mixed batter.

Spoon dollops of the batter over the peaches and then sprinkle the muesli on top. Cook for 20 minutes.

Serve with cream, ice cream or yoghurt. Enjoy!

All our cereals contain only the best of ingredients in delicious combinations, because all our cereals contain no cheap fillers like rice bubbles, cornflakes, wheat flakes (almost all other cereals do) – you actually need less to nourish and satisfy you and it will keep you fuller longer though the morning. All mueslis come with a FREE portion cup with your first online order - so you know how much to have.

It really is the most deliciously healthy way to start your day. Choose your blend here.
