Here's a super easy recipe for bliss balls created by Kate from Lifespark Nutrition that are grain free, gluten free, sugar free, vegan and yum! I keep them in the fridge and have one (or two!) with a afternoon cuppa or after dinner as a very healthy but satisfying dessert.
You can also roll them in whatever you like for different flavours - we'll give you some suggestions and then you can come up with your own!
Ingredients
1/3 C Te Atatu Toasted Grain Free Porridge
1T honey or half a banana or your own sugar alternative
1T peanut, cashew or almond butter
Ingredients
Place all in a bowl and mix well together, then roll into your desired size bliss ball, then roll in your chosen coatings
Bliss ball coating ideas:
Desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, freeze dry powder (I used Fresh As plum powder in these pics).
Store in the fridge to they keep nice and firm and enjoy!
