This recipe was given to me by one of our Healthy Blend cereal lovers, sounded amazing so I couldn't wait to try. She makes it with coconut yoghurt so it is dairy free too.


1 Blue portion spoon Healthy Blend Muesli

1 portion spoon  pineapple juice

1 portion spoon yoghurt (dairy or coconut)

1/3 chopped up banana

1/8 tsp ground tumeric

1 Jar (approx 300ml) & Lid

 Put all the ingredients in the jar in any order, put the lid on and shake till well mixed.

Place in the fridge overnight ready for the morning.
