Rocky road is one of those recipes that never really goes out of rotation. This version has dark chocolate, marshmallows, walnuts, dried apricots, and a layer of Coco Crunchies running through it. It sets in the fridge, slices easily, and tends not to last long once it's on the bench. Here's how to make it.
Ingredients
2T butter or coconut oil
2 1/2c mini baking marshmallows + 1/2 cup marshmallows
2 1/2c Coco Crunchies
3/4c dark chocolate melts
1/2c walnuts, chopped
1/2c dried apricots, chopped
Method
Optional: drizzle some extra chocolate over the bars. Enjoy!
