Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over a medium heat. Add the 21/2 cups of marshmallows and chocolate and stir until melted.
Stir in the coco crunchies, walnuts & apricots.
Let it cool slightly and add 1/2 cup of marshmallows.
Press evenly into a lightly greased 20x20cm baking tray. Allow to set then slice.
Optional: drizzle some extra chocolate over the bars. Enjoy!
