Here’s the perfect healthy snack combo to enjoy with friends.

Dukkah is originally an Egyptian mix of warming spices, seeds and nuts and served with bread and olive oil for dipping. We have put a slight twist on it here and made it with our gluten free muesli and served it with the fabulous Oh My Goodness gluten free sour dough bread, matching perfectly with Te Wheke Olive Oil for dipping. This can be enjoyed by all, whether you are gluten or nut free* or just love good food, you can still tuck in!  


 1 tsp Fennel seeds

1 tsp Coriander seeds

1 tsp Cumin seeds

¼ tsp chilli flakes

¼ tsp salt

1/3 Cup Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli Blend (remove the sultanas)


Dry fry the seeds and flakes in a fry pan then grind with a mortar and pestle (or a clean coffee grinder) and the salt and Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli and lightly grind.

Place the Dukkah and Te Wheke Olive Oil  in separate dipping dishes and slice up your Oh My Goodness bread ready for dipping.


* We used the OM Goodness Sourdough w rosemary and black sesame which may contain traces of walnut. All other ingredients in this recipe are nut free.
