We've teamed up with Top Hemp and Raglan Food Co to create this delicious gluten free, dairy free and vegan high protein breakfast.

This recipe will give you 14grams of protein, which is almost 1/3 of the daily requirement of women between 19 and 70 years old.
Ingredients:
50g Te Atatu Toasted Peach and Passion Fruit Paleo Blend
25g approximately of your favourite plant based milk
7g Top Hemp protein powder (a packed tablespoon)*
100g Raglan Food Co plain coconut yoghurt
25g Blueberries
Method:
Add the protein powder to the yoghurt and mix well.
Mash up most of the blueberries with a fork leaving a few for decoration. Add the mashed berries to the yoghurt mix.
Layer the muesli and yoghurt and a glass or your favoutite bowl, add a little milk and the remainder of the yoghurt and then sprinkle the rest of the blueberries on top.
Serves 1. Enjoy!
* you could experiment and add 2 tablespoons of protein powder, because Top Hemp protein powder has a very high protein content - this will greatly increase the protein in this breakfast. Each 7gram tablespoon contains 4.7grams of protein.
In New Zealand, a cereal that claims it’s “high protein” must contain at least 12 per cent protein - all Te Atatu Toasted mueslis meet this claim so are considered high protein cereals, making them an excellent option if you are looking for a high protein breakfast.
