If you have a child who can’t face food first thing in the morning or have to head out super early for before-school activities, these bliss balls are a fabulous nutritious grab-and-go lighter option, they are also great as an after-school snack too.


1c Te Atatu Toasted Gluten free super grains

2T raisins

2T peanut butter

2T coconut oil

2T honey

1/2t vanilla extract


  1. Place the muesli into a food processor and blitz until crumbly. If you prefer less crunch then pulse a few more times to create a finer crumb.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend at a high speed until the mixture starts coming together (approximately 5 minutes).
  3. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place onto a plate. Chill in the fridge for approximately 1 hour to set. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

Makes 14 balls
