Some mornings are rushed — especially when a full breakfast feels like too much. These bliss balls are a simple, nourishing grab-and-go option, packed with whole grains, healthy fats and natural sweetness. Perfect for busy mornings, school or sport, and just as good for an after-school snack.

1c Te Atatu Toasted Gluten free super grains

2T raisins

2T peanut butter

2T coconut oil

2T honey

1/2t vanilla extract

Method

  1. Place the muesli into a food processor and blitz until crumbly. If you prefer less crunch then pulse a few more times to create a finer crumb.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend at a high speed until the mixture starts coming together (approximately 5 minutes).
  3. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place onto a plate. Chill in the fridge for approximately 1 hour to set. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

Makes 14 balls
