These are absolutely divine served warm, fresh out of the oven. They’re also perfect to double and freeze for lunchboxes.
This recipe was created by Wick from Wicked Wellbeing.
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 c Te Atatu Toasted Paleo Blend
½ c dark chocolate drops (recommended sugar-free, I use Healtheries)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or baking sheet. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Place spoonful’s onto lined baking tray, shape with your hands or the spoon and cook for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack. These are a softer cookie, so store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. They're soooooo moorish!!
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 15 minutes | Makes: 12-14 cookies
