This beautiful breakfast bake makes a perfect winter breakfast and is also a great low sugar breakfast option.
Serve it with plain yoghurt and you are good to go!
Ingredients
1 cup Healthy Blend (you could also use the Original and Gluten Free Blends)
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Paleo Blend
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen do not defrost)
2 ripe bananas mashed
6 prunes chopped up
1/4 cup of milk
Method
Serves 4 and will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
