This is a delicious combo and makes a great weekend brunch whether you are gluten free or not.

Ingredients:

1/2 C OM Goodness pancake mix

2 T Whole Harry Maple Syrup 

2 T Te Atatu Toasted Gluten Free Muesli

1/2 C of your favourite thick plain Greek Yoghurt

A sprinkle of your favourite fruit ie berries, chopped up stone fruit.

Method:

Make the pancake mix as per packet instructions.

Layer with the yoghurt and build your stack. Top with the gluten free muesli and drizzle the maple syrup over the top and then scatter the fruit around the plate.
